Bob Weir

Bob Weir was a founding member of the Grateful Dead, one of the most influential and beloved bands in rock history. He joined the band as a teenager and remained its rhythm guitarist and vocalist for the band's entire 30-year run, and continued performing in various incarnations after Jerry Garcia's death. The Grateful Dead's improvisational concerts and devoted "Deadhead" fanbase became a cultural phenomenon. He died at 78.
