Antonio Rattín was the captain of Argentina at the 1966 World Cup in England, and his name became synonymous with one of football's most controversial moments. He was sent off in the quarter-final against England, refusing to leave the pitch for several minutes, in a match that inflamed England-Argentina football rivalry for decades. He was a gifted midfielder who played over 350 games for Boca Juniors.
